What things are positive influences on your life, what things are holding you back? Positive influences can include things such as a loving and supportive family. Things holding you back may be something as common as a fear of public speaking. No matter how trivial something may seem, write it down you can always eliminate it later if it turns out after further investigation to not be a significant factor in your life. Now obviously any things you have clearly identified as positives are something to be thankful for however the thing we particularly want to pay attention to here are the negative influences and more specifically look to eliminate them.
